Today, I am going 24/7 water. I need to cut out all of this crappy imitation soda and go with the good stuff.
Starting tomorrow, I am going to run for 30 minutes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and at least 20 minutes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If I can get up in the mornings of Saturday and Sunday I’ll run as long as I feel like it.
